On my desk you can find my bucket list of sessions that I would love to bring into The Lover Collection. My bucket list comes from inspiration that I see on Instagram and Pinterest. Throughout 2019, every couple of months I would see a photographer do a session at Target. Sometimes it was a beautifully creative maternity session, but most of the time it was a solo session/personal brand session. Since I am a huge fan of Target (Jack was super happy when we moved from being right around the corner to a solid 15 minute drive), I instantly fell in love with the idea of doing a session at, in my humble opinion, one of the greatest places on Earth.
Since all of my sessions are always tailored to my couples style, it was fate that Isabelle & Paul joined The Lover Collection. These two are still within their first year of being together & their love is on fire. We started out at Starbucks to warm up with a little coffee and of course some yummy treats. While we were there we talked all about how they first met, first impressions, and how they ended up having their first date. I had remembered that they told me their first date was at Target during one of our previous sessions, so of course I knew that for this session we were going to go make Target our little playground. These two were excited to see what I had in mind, because they weren't too sure what you could do for a photoshoot at Target. As soon as we got in, I grabbed a cart and had us make a beeline for the breakfast aisle. Since the two of them share a love for breakfast food, I knew we had to incorporate that into our session as well.
If I do say so myself, some serious magic was created.
